Guy is a financial professional who began his career at Merrill Lynch in Paris, France, as an account executive, specializing in currency bonds, options and futures. From 1980 to 1985, he was a Vice-President of Merrill Lynch International Bank, in London, where he was responsible for corporate finance activities in France, Belgium and Switzerland. He later became an Executive Director in charge of capital markets for the French speaking regions at Goldman Sachs, London. Since 1989, Guy has specialized in advising mid-sized private and public firms on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Guy has earned a BS in Economics from University Louis-Pasteur in Strasbourg, France and an MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

M. Leventis has over 25 years of experience in administration and finance.

His area of expertise is business development, mergers and acquisitions and managing financial departments in both large and small companies in the US and France.

His most recent experience is as VP Finance and Administration for a manufacturing company; before that he was in charge of business development, mergers and acquisitions for an engineering company. Other assignments include various  position with Elf Aquitaine now part of giant oil company TotalFinaElf  both in France and the US.

Eugene holds a MS in Civil Engineering for the University of Paris and an MBA from IAE in Paris. He has attended training seminars in International Finance at both Harvard and Wharton.
